Refund policy

🔄 Returns

At Teezly, each product is made specially for you using a made-to-order (print-on-demand) process.
Because of this, we accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Tags and original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order ID/receipt) is required

Kindly include:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos of the product
  • A brief description of the issue

👉 Important:
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


🎥 Unboxing Proof (Recommended)

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening your package.

This helps us quickly verify and resolve issues related to:

  • Damaged items
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect products

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Size-related issues (please refer to our Size Guide before ordering)
  • Change of mind
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, we will bear the return shipping cost
  • In other approved cases, customers may be required to bear return shipping charges

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or design:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order separately

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit after approval
