📦 Order Processing

At Teezly, all products are made-to-order using a print-on-demand process.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

👉 Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched for delivery.

🚀 Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–8 business days

👉 Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

👉 Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

We currently ship across India.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on selected orders

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on eligible orders
  • Additional COD charges may apply

👉 Teezly reserves the right to:

  • Cancel COD orders in case of suspicious activity
  • Disable COD for certain customers or locations

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

⚠️ Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner issues
  • Weather conditions

📭 Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct
  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses

👉 If an order is returned due to incorrect address:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply

📦 Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)

If a delivery attempt fails:

  • Courier may reattempt delivery
  • If still unsuccessful, order may be returned (RTO)

👉 In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges will be applicable
  • Refund (if any) will be processed after deduction of shipping charges

🧾 Damaged / Missing Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A missing item
  • Wrong product
